Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Ordering
All orders will be fulfilled under your account, which has been assigned to you at the time of your registration. Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received by 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) on the same or next day that the order is received contingent upon availability of resources to fill your order. There will be no refunds for shipping charges or handling fees due to delayed shipping.

Shipping
1. Orders are shipped via US Postal and UPS. Orders will ship from California.
2. Shipping costs for each order with 1-2 items will be $10.00 flat fee.
3. Orders with 3 or more items will be shipped for free.
4. No shipments will be made on any account that has become delinquent.

Cancellations
1. Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Shipment generally occurs at 2:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
2. Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder.
3. If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages          left informing you of such an issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. If you have a defective product please contact us at ObeeShopy@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if your product has been

    damaged or is defective.

2. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Tre Dep US representative. Product

    returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused.
3. Product can be returned to Tre Dep US within 7 days of sale.

4. Shipping on any return is at consumer cost.
3. Products must be returned sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange,  store credit, or refund
4. All returns must be returned to Tre Dep US postage paid regardless of reason.
5. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days after shipping, regardless of reason.

6. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping. Tre Dep US will not issue an exchange, store credit, or

    refund until the product is received and reviewed.

 7.Products cannot be returned due to allergic reaction.

 8. All sales on clearance items are final and not eligible for return.



Refusals and Non-Deliverables
You are responsible for all shipping charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders.

Damages
Tre Dep US will be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipment and will generally replace these orders free of charge. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
